About Leah
Aside from being a pre-kindergarten and ESL teacher, I also volunteered as a reading tutor in a nearby school. This experience strengthened and widened my vision that education is a gift that every child must acquire. Witnessing their progress—from learning sounds to decoding CVC words, and eventually reading whole sentences and doing storytelling on their own—brought a wonderful sense of satisfaction, knowing I contributed to their journey.
