A para who wants to help students excel in all they do!

She works with kids who have learning disabilities and I have seen these students through her testimonies want to take up more reading more often, they want to finish their math work, they are understanding what she is teaching them whereas a full classroom setting is more of a struggle when they are not met with 1 on 1. She has helped her spectrum students be able to sit in a regular classroom setting and get some work done. The amount of respect as well as positive influence I have seen her impact her students with is just amazing and that is an understatement. She takes pride in what she does and she is very serious about helping out the students in any way she absolutely can. Her attitude is just amazing, her patience is just out of this world. She really loves her job and finds it so rewarding she wants to do more outside of her original job to reach out to other kids who might be struggling as well and help them excel. She is not just limited to only math. She will help her students with letters, reading, their vowels. long vowels, and spelling. As for preschool, she teaches them their letters, colors, and whatever else they may need a little extra help with. She never passes up an opportunity to help out, even if she can't for whatever the reason might be, she still takes the initiative to try first.
