I'm a Naturopathy and yoga doctor (BNYS). Ice been taking online yoga sessions and consultations since 1 year. Yoga sessions, therapeutic yoga, yogic consultations and Naturopathic consultation are given to the clients accordingly. Currently working in covid 19 isolation centres. My teaching methods varies for each individual according to their health status. For beginners I start yoga sessions with mild exercises and basic asanas and then further move on to stretching and advanced asanas day by day. For clients with health issues I give sessions accordingly
