About Lauren
During my work career I have been responsible for Teams: Management and training of staff in the health and wellness industry ensuring well-organised administration, customer service and motivated team work etcetera.
Teaching sales techniques and motivating sales work ethic in a wide range of technical industries for the following organisations; Mining- JA Industries, Industrial Machining- Bearing Man Group, Klingspor Abrasives
The opportunity to work for international companies; LG Electronics (Korean) and Klingspor (German) was greatly rewarding in experiencing culture in the corporate world
I fell in love with the English language from school days. The study of teaching English has led me to a keen interest in the etymology of language and the diverse cultures I have encountered.
I have travelled to Malaysia which is where I encountered such diverse degree of culture in such small proximity; very interesting to recognise acceptance of differences. I enjoy meeting and experiencing different cultures.
I have delved into dance on many levels; awarded First Pace in Transvaal for Gymnastics when I was 8 yrs old; and Latin American, Ballroom, Cha- Cha. I also have a fond love for music and the Arts.

I mostly use a communicative method using an online classroom interface. I expect a certain amount of commitment towards reading homework from Students (if applicable). Feedback and progress reporting insisted upon by myself in order to affirm a continued benefit and progression is substantial and achieving; for both Student and myself.
Can stick to coursework, adapt it for more "colour" or design a personalised one that meets your requirements and/or goals.
