About the lesson

We will begin by centering your current seated or standing position, with postural adjustments and instructions to go with that. Next will be important for us to understand the flow of moves in which we will proceed with, once all of that is understood, we will run through the motions of each position. We may sometimes stop at a pose just to get it right, before moving on to the next one. By the time we reach the end of the session, we will relax and meditate for a moment to feel the trail of breadcrumbs of stretches in different areas that we just finished.
