About Theodor
I grew up in Bucharest, Romania, where I was first set on a musician's path. In my first eight years of schooling my main focus was the study of piano and music. In this time I have achieved numerous awards at home and abroad. When the time came for me to join my secondary school I chose to take a break from the world of music and applied for a science school. Here I discovered the subject that would dictate my professional career, i.e. mathematics. The four years I spent in this school gave me the basics understanding of science and prepared me for the Romanian Baccalaureate (R.A.), which I passed with a 9.45/10 avg. This grade fulfilled the conditional offer that Imperial College London sent me and so I joined a bachelors degree of computing. My time at ICL gave me a range of opportunities to learn more about mathematics whilst allowing me to engage myself in other societies (e.g. Rotaract, Football Soc).
After finishing Uni I spent 10 months travelling around the global where I learned more about the endless human culture.
I currently work for a tech start-up named Resin.io as a software engineer.
Even though I am happy with my current job I would like to go back an revisit my education on subjects such as mathematics, computing or music, so a tutoring job would be ideal.
I hope the small summary within my life journey will provide you with the necessary confidence to allow me to tutor.
