About Julia
My name is Julia, I'm a second-year physiotherapy student at the University of Canberra. I'm a dancer and a Pilates instructor. I’m really passionate about anatomy and physiology, and I’ve always loved helping people — whether it’s supporting them on their health and fitness journey or through volunteering. I’ve completed 12 years of formal education and received early entry to study Physiotherapy. I’ve always been fascinated by how the human body functions and how it connects to exercise and movement, which has inspired me to help others develop the same curiosity and understanding.

As a visual learner, I focus on teaching through examples, real-life applications, and clear explanations that help students create meaningful connections and improve long-term memorization. My approach encourages active engagement and builds confidence in applying biological concepts.
I teach high school-level Biology, Anatomy and Physiology, and I aim to make each lesson both informative and enjoyable. I typically offer 1-hour sessions, though I am flexible to adapt to students’ schedules and learning needs.
