About Anissa
I am a Trainer/Assessor with a Bachelor in Adult Education. I have been working as a trainer for 15 years and have 20+ years of the Microsoft Office Suite. Previous to my career as a trainer I worked as an Executive Assistant for large multinationals in Australia and overseas. I specialise in working with students who have barriers to education including low levels of literacy, learning disabilities and personal issues that can have an adverse affect on learning.

My teaching method is hands on and experiential. I like to map the learning to the learners needs and the ultimate use of the new skill. Perhaps you want to learn how to use Microsoft Word so you can create Cover Letters and Resumes or learn the basics of computers and the internet so you can pay bills online, manage your bank accounts or surf the web safely.
