About Louis
About Me & Why I Teach I’m currently studying Economics at university and have a strong academic background in both Economics and related subjects like Maths and Business. I’m passionate about helping students unlock their potential and understand challenging topics in a simple, structured way. Teaching allows me to share my knowledge while helping others build confidence and achieve success in their exams. Having recently gone through the GCSE and A-Level system myself, I understand what students are going through and how best to support them—both academically and mentally.

My Teaching Approach & Experience I tailor each lesson to the student’s individual needs, focusing on building confidence, understanding key concepts, and developing exam technique. Lessons typically last 40 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the student’s preference and focus. Although I have limited formal experience, I have privately tutored GCSE and A-Level students across a range of subjects. I aim to create a supportive and engaging environment that encourages students to ask questions, think critically, and reach their full potential. My lessons are ideal for students aged 14–18 who are preparing for their GCSEs or A-Levels.
