As a passionate Maths and Science tutor and a medical student at Brighton and Sussex Medical School, I focus on creating a supportive and personalised learning environment. My goal is to help students understand concepts deeply, not just memorise facts. I tailor each lesson to the student’s learning style and needs, using a mix of: - Active recall and spaced repetition to strengthen memory - Worked examples and practice questions to apply knowledge - Visual aids and simplified explanations for clarity - Regular check-ins and feedback to track progress I encourage students to ask questions and build confidence by working through problems together before letting them try independently. Lessons typically last 60 minutes, but I can adapt to shorter or longer sessions depending on the student’s preference. Qualifications and Experience: - Current medical student at Brighton and Sussex Medical School - Strong academic background in Maths, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics - Experience tutoring GCSE and A-Level students with positive outcomes I work with KS3, GCSE, and A-Level students, generally aged 11–18, who are looking to: - Build foundational knowledge - Improve exam performance - Boost their confidence in Maths or Science
