I teach piano and music theory in a friendly, patient and supportive environment, with a focus on helping students build strong practical skills while developing their understanding of music.
Lessons typically run for 30–60 minutes and can be adapted depending on the student’s age and needs. I have completed AMEB Grade 8 Piano, VCE Music Performance 12, and AMEB Grade 3 theory of music, giving me experience in piano performance, musical interpretation and strong foundational music theory.
My lessons are particularly suited to beginners and primary school students who are interested in learning piano, developing their musical skills and gaining a strong foundation in music. Depending on the student, lessons may include learning new pieces, reading music, understanding rhythm, developing technique, practising scales and learning basic music theory. Sudents can learn songs of their choice, for a more motivating and personalised experience!
