About Tiele
I’m a passionate and experienced primary school teacher with 10 years of classroom experience across a range of year levels and learning needs. I love helping students develop confidence in their learning and, most importantly, helping them realize that they are capable of more than they may think.
I offer tutoring from Prep through to early secondary, with a particular focus on phonics, reading, writing and mathematics. I can support students who need to strengthen their foundational skills, consolidate what they are learning at school, or extend their understanding and challenge themselves further.
My teaching is structured, engaging and tailored to each student. I use explicit teaching, modeling, guided practice and regular checks for understanding, while making sure lessons are supportive and encouraging.
I’m passionate about creating a space where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and building their confidence as learners.

With 10 years of experience in primary teaching, I have continued to develop my practice through the science of reading, writing and mathematics. I offer tutoring across primary and early secondary levels and am highly confident with the Victorian Curriculum 2.0.
My lessons focus on explicit instruction, with ongoing checks for understanding, targeted feedback and accountability tasks to consolidate learning. I aim to build both confidence and strong foundational skills, while tailoring lessons to each student’s individual needs.
