About Sebastian
Hi, I’m Sebastián Arevalo, a dedicated tennis coach with over 3 years of experience teaching kids and hot shots. Currently, I coach at Wilderness Girls College, where I help young players develop their skills and love for the game. I have tons of experience working with little kids and teenagers, making tennis fun and engaging for all ages.
My main goal and my career is focus specifically on those new to the sport and the ones who are just figuring it out and want to go next level.

My lessons are designed for your needs, every child is different and I believe I tailored program. typically lasting 45 min to 1 hour. Here’s what you can expect from a typical session:
Warm-Up (10 minutes): We start with a dynamic warm-up to get the body moving and ready for action. This includes light jogging, stretching, and some fun agility drills to improve footwork and coordination.
Skill-Specific Drills (20 minutes): After warming up, we focus on specific skills. Depending on the student’s level and goals, this could include forehand and backhand techniques, serving practice, volleying, and footwork drills. I use a variety of drills to keep things interesting and challenging, ensuring that each student gets plenty of practice and feedback.
Match Play (20 minutes): Next, we move on to match play. This is where students get to apply what they’ve learned in a game-like setting. We might play singles or doubles, depending on the number of students and their preferences. During this time, I provide real-time coaching and tips to help improve strategy and decision-making on the court.
Cool-Down (10 minutes): We finish the lesson with a cool-down to help the body recover. This includes light jogging, stretching, and some relaxation exercises. It’s also a great time to review what we’ve worked on during the lesson and set goals for the next session.
