I start the lessons with two or three examples and then I ask the students to solve one simple example. If they could do that then I give them a bit complicated examples. I will ask the students to be involved in the subject and ask them to collaborate during solving problems. Then they will learn how to share their information together to solve the big problems. I have a good ability to interact with students and covey concepts in a way that will be understandable to them.
I have a PhD. in computational neuroscientist. I have a master degree in mathematics with seven years of teaching experience in different fields of maths and statistics. I also have several years of experience as a private teacher in New Zealand. I have had a variety of classes with up to 40 students.
1- I completed my Ph.D. in Computational Neuroscience at University of Otago, New Zealand. I did both my Bachelor and master’s degrees in pure Mathematics. I have a good range of teaching experience gained over seven years. My responsibilities during the years teaching in my home country included interactive classes, teaching of the whole paper (course), evaluating, supporting students, preparing course materials, and persuading students to promote their problem-solving abilities.
My responsibilities during one year of tutoring and demonstrating at Otago University in Math 160 and python programming included engaging with students and encouraging them to develop and enjoy problem-solving, preparing a weekly quiz, and preparing examples as required to facilitate a better understanding of new concepts.
2- I have taught a variety of subjects, including Mathematical methods in Physics, Statistics, Calculus 1, Calculus 2, Differential Equations, Complex numbers and Engineering
Mathematics for undergrad students in my home country. I have a good ability to interact with students and covey concepts in a way that will be understandable to them.
3- I also could achieve the Division of Science Scholarship from three years from Otago University, New Zealand.
4- I am also familiar with MATLAB and Pyton programming.
