About Níosa
Hi! My name is Níosa and I am a second-year Science student at Maynooth University with a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals. I achieved 545 points in the Leaving Certificate, including a H1 in Biology, and have experience tutoring students in a friendly and supportive environment.
I understand that every student learns differently, so I always adapt my teaching style to suit each individual's needs. My aim is to create a relaxed and encouraging atmosphere where students feel comfortable asking questions and building confidence. I enjoy seeing students grow in both ability and self-belief, and I take great pride in helping them reach their full potential.

Whether you're preparing for the Junior Cycle or Leaving Certificate, I will adapt each lesson to focus on the areas where you need the most help, whether that's grammar, oral Irish, essay writing, comprehension or exam technique.
I believe every student learns differently, so I explain concepts clearly and work at a pace that suits you. Lessons typically last one hour and include a mixture of teaching, worked examples, practice questions and exam-focused revision. I also provide helpful study tips and encourage students to ask questions in a relaxed, friendly environment where they can build confidence and improve their results.
