About Laura
I am a performance consultant (Msc), I have been coaching in this area for 4 years.
A sport and performance consultant has a high level of expertise in the management and identification of high performance outcomes. My passion is to use my skills gained through experience and education to help others to achieve the best of their ability, I also wish to teach others about the power of mental skills I have worked with sports teams, clubs, schools and also provided one on one coaching. My rugby teams all improved after my lessons. My one on one experience also exceeded expectations and has gone on to similar study due to my guidance. I have also done ESL teaching so am well capable of teaching those who's first language is not English.

I have an open style of teaching. I often use the first few minutes to learn from the group. I ask lots of questions and tailor each session to the group or individual.
I often liaise with the group mentor/ coach to see if there is anything specific that they wish to gain from the session and use my education and experience to enhance the session for its purpose.
My lessons are interactive and informative, showing the practical use of the theory I cover.
