About Sedique
Why did I choose to become a teacher? When I was a first grader, one day I came home from school and told my Mom that when I grew up, I wanted to be a teacher. She smiled and curiously asked why I wanted to do so. " Because I want my students to bring me lots of presents on Teacher's Day." Years later when I graduated from university, I did become a teacher, but receiving presents was not my priority anymore. During my job as a teacher, I have earned quite a few invaluable experiences. I have learned to be even more patient and treat people equally. I have also come to understand that labeling people as smart or slow learners is not quite fair. Everyone just has their own learning pace and style, which makes them quite different from others. I wish you all the best with your studies!

Hello there! My name is Sedique. I'm an English and Persian teacher with over 7 years of teaching experience. As I always wanted to learn English and become a fluent speaker, I decided to study English at university. My four years of study helped me learn and appreciate English even more. I started my career as a translator, but after a few years I came to realize that I was more adept at teaching. My first teaching job was in a charity school where I taught English to bright and lovely students. Thanks to the experience I got from teaching there, I managed to land another teaching job in a popular language school in my country. I enjoyed five years of teaching there and gained much more experience on various aspects. That was my experience with English. Now let's get to my mother tongue, Persian. Recently, I have had the chance to help some non-native speakers with their Persian studies. It's been really fun listening to them speak Persian and correcting their essays. If you're learning Farsi, just don't give up. You can make it!
