About Maksims
Enthusiastic tutor with several years of tutoring experience, with a focus on Maths (GCSE and A-level), Science (GCSE) and Economics (A-level). Have helped many of my students to achieve exceptional exam results and have great reviews.
I work with students at different levels of ability and adjust my teaching style to the specific needs of the student. My strength as a tutor lies in my ability to break down the material into more simple bits that tutee can easily understand. I prioritise practice over theory and believe that studying can be made fun with the right approach. I will also share various exam techniques and tricks that will help the student achieve a higher mark. My teaching style is focused on building confidence with the concepts that the student may find difficult, and then focusing on the exam techniques and past examination questions.
I have myself achieved exceptional GCSE and high A-Level results, therefore, ready to share my knowledge and exam insights.
