About Luca
I started my personal trainer course after long and repeated workouts both in football and in the gym, until I enrolled in my first training course. Subsequently and continuing my training course after course, inside me has grown a real passion for sport and fitness. All this helps me to live well and to pass on a healthy and correct sport to all those people who want it.

My method of teaching is equivalent to my knowledge developed over the years, to my great motivational state that I feel I have, to the different training practices that adapt from subject to subject, from scientific evidence found. My single lesson lasts 1 hour and I also take lessons in packages. The lessons take place in the gym or outdoors or even at home involving any interested person and of any age.
