About Pablo
Hello, my name is Pablo, I am an outstanding athlete in Calisthenics and street workout belonging to the FESWC (Spanish Federation of Street Workout and Calisthenics). I have spent my entire life doing multiple sports and learning techniques to improve training performance. Now as a specialist in this sport I can help others achieve their goals with key exercises using their own body weight.

To begin we will have an initial evaluation where we will determine the objectives and the mechanics of the training.
After building the structure of the personalized training, we will begin to warm up and stretch the body with a constant review of whether we are performing the movements correctly.
The training varies depending on the objectives: lose or gain mass, improve lifestyle, practice a new sport, learn freestyle, etc.

Perfect! Pablo es un gran profesor que enseña desde la pasión y la paciencia. Sabe muy bien lo que hace y desde el primer momento supo ver mi nivel y comenzar a trabajarlo para que tuviera un progreso que me mativara, cosa que para mí es fundamental. Pone atención a la técnica sin dejar de lado la transición que tengo que hacer como novato total, cosa que agradezco. Y la parte humana hace muy ameno el ejercicio. MUY RECOMENDABLE
