I’m ex professional/semi professional footballer with a great deal of experience. I’m very passionate about fitness and sports in general. I love helping people to achieve their goals. Have been there so I know what it takes and it feels. It doesn’t matter what shape or form or level of Fitness or talent you can improve and you will feel better. We can all learn discipline or habits it’s not a talent.
