Doctor of technical sciences and sports, I propose training plans and individual lessons structured to previously agreed targets with the customer. I also propose advice and specific and detailed cards for those attending the gym. The working method of the lessons is 45 minutes / 1 hour of physical activity characterized in principle by heating, central part (lens) and cool! The cost of the lessons is to be determined based on demand. My experience in the training world is the year 2008, I coached different disciplines and subjects so my methods are readily adaptable as needed. Beyond all is the relationship that is created between coach and student to make a difference, so my philosophy of work starts from the knowledge of my students. Movement is life, not enough for me to see you to help!
Give private lessons to three years, I students every day to train and follow. My best results I obtained in the rehabilitation of injuries and functional in the workout. The search for performance, sports or everyday is my goal! Try to train with me!
