About Frankie
I am currently a Health Coach student and qualified Personal Trainer. I have worked with various clients on a one on one basis and also group training in a private gym. I started my career in the uk 9 years ago where I am origionally from and then left to travel the world. Over the last 5 years I have realised we need much more than just a few reps of weights to gain optimum wellbeing. My main focuses are now, Nutrition, Physical Exercise, Mindfulness and positive wellbeing. I like to combine these equally to provide a service where you can start to live a much more fulfilling life filled with optimism and clarity.

I like to use Nature, so the physical activity will be based outdoors. We will do various body weight exercises alongside a mindful practice such as meditation. There will also be times we will sit together to observe your lifestyle habits and nutrition.
