I had worked as a personal trainer and manager of a personal gym in Japan for 8 years. Most of my clients are beginners and inexperienced users from 6 to 80 years old. I am available for training for all kinds of purposes including alleviation of chronic pain, strengthening of physical skills and sports performance.
