About Annie

As someone who has personally struggled with weight issues for a significant portion of my life, I understand the challenges and triumphs that come with weight loss. In fact, I have successfully shed excess weight three times, with the most recent journey being the most impactful. This experience has not only taught me how to effectively maintain weight loss but has also inspired me to adopt a healthier lifestyle overall.

Currently, I am diligently working towards obtaining my qualifications in the fitness industry. By the end of this year, I will have completed Level 2 Gym Instructing, Level 3 Personal Training, and Level 4 Nutrition certifications. These qualifications will equip me with the knowledge and skills necessary to guide and support individuals on their own fitness journeys.

My personal experiences, combined with my ongoing studies, have fueled my passion for helping others achieve their health and wellness goals. I am dedicated to providing guidance, motivation, and expertise to individuals seeking to make positive changes in their lives. Together, we can work towards creating sustainable habits and achieving long-term success in health and fitness.
