About Anna
Hi everyone! I’m Anna, a qualified music teacher and passionate musician based in Northern Ireland. I have a Bachelor of Music degree from Queen’s University Belfast, a PGCE in Secondary Music Education with Qualified Teacher Status, and Grade 8 Distinction in Classical Violin.
Music has always been a huge part of my life, and alongside my teaching career, I have enjoyed performing in a variety of ensembles, orchestras, worship bands and at special events. I am passionate about sharing my love of music with others and helping students develop their confidence and enjoyment of playing.
As a teacher, I believe that everyone can benefit from learning music, regardless of their age, experience or ability. I aim to create a warm, encouraging and supportive learning environment where every student feels comfortable, motivated and proud of their progress.
Whether you’re picking up the violin for the very first time or looking to develop your existing skills, I would love to support you on your musical journey!

My violin lessons are tailored to each individual student, creating a supportive and enjoyable environment where you can learn and grow in confidence. Whether you are a complete beginner picking up the violin for the first time, working towards graded exams, preparing for a performance, or simply learning for enjoyment, I will adapt each lesson to suit your individual needs and goals.
As a qualified music teacher and experienced violinist, I am passionate about helping students develop both their technical skills and their love of music. I believe learning the violin should be rewarding, encouraging and fun, and I aim to make every student feel comfortable and supported as they progress at their own pace.
