About Suvhankar

Learning the tabla is not just about understanding basic rhythms; it offers so much more. Though challenging, mastering the tabla can significantly enhance your musical journey, whether for music-making, personal studio setups, or composing intricate taals and beats. The tabla has the unique ability to solve any rhythmic complication and perfectly accompany other musical instruments. Despite the many professional tabla players, I have witnessed how learning the tabla can make every rhythmic instrument easier to play. Being a tabla player I have performed with sitar, sarod, vocal, Sometimes bands in my college life Gazal Rabindra Sangeet Najrul Geety and so on I can also play south Indian ghatam though it makes with my tabla fingering. I have learned tabla in gharana based on Indian classical music since the age of 7. With 25 years of experience, I am dedicated to sharing my expertise and helping you achieve your musical goals. My student so dedicated about Indian classical music because in spite off her hand injury she tried learning Esraj and also playing .There some technical difficulties but our conversation completed well and reach to my goal. Next session I will try my level best to overcome this difficulties.
