About Nando
Hello! , I am Nando Carvajal, I will be your coach; I am a 24 year old young man with more than 8 years of experience in physical training, mind and being, passionate about sport and looking for your best version. Our trainings will be at a demanding level depending on how you are physically. I assure you that the results and the changes in you will be incredible. Not only will I work your physical part but I will also help you develop different skills such as discipline, concentration, persistence, motivation.
