About Leina
I grew up in Paris not too far from the Eiffel Tower and attended Lycée Louis-le-Grand, one of France’s most prestigious schools, known for hosting one of the most rigorous math classes.
While studying there, I developed a strong passion for mathematics, physics, and learning itself — especially understanding why some students thrive in traditional systems while others struggle despite being intelligent and capable.
I came to the United States to attend training at UC Berkeley and MIT, where I focused on educational technology and personalized learning.
This led me to develop my own cognitive assessment and learning tools, which have been used by more than 20,000 people across 58 countries.
In 2024, my research in personalized learning was recognized as being of National Interest by the USA.
I strongly believe that learning is not one-size-fits-all. I specialize in teaching math and physics to students between 6 and 20 years old, especially those who feel discouraged or struggle significantly with these subjects.
Many students who have difficulties with math are not “bad at math” they simply have not been taught in a way that matches how they naturally process information. Every student has different strengths, motivations, and ways of learning, so I adapt the learning journey to each student’s cognitive profile, interests, and goals.
My approach focuses on rebuilding confidence step by step, making abstract concepts more intuitive, and helping students develop learning methods that truly work for them.
All of my students receive a complimentary cognitive profile assessment, which can also be useful beyond language learning and applied to many other areas of learning and personal development.

My lessons are designed to feel supportive, interactive, and adapted to each student rather than rigid or intimidating.
For younger students, lessons often include visual explanations, games, step-by-step problem solving, and practical examples to make math and physics feel less overwhelming and more approachable.
For older students, I focus on identifying the exact gaps causing difficulties, rebuilding strong foundations, and teaching methods that improve both understanding and confidence. I also help students prepare for exams, improve problem-solving speed, and develop more effective study habits.
Depending on the student’s learning style, we may also use personalized memorization tools and custom flashcards that I update between sessions to reinforce concepts in a more intuitive way.
Most importantly, I aim to create an environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and gradually rebuilding trust in their own abilities.
