About Benjamín

Forever inquisitive and endlessly driven. From the mystic ranges of the Andes Mountains, to the bountiful shores of the Mediterranean Sea, to the banks of the mighty Mississippi, whether abroad or stateside I have always sought after immense growth and improvement of the self as well as the greater community. I have achieved many goals in my life, some through my own personal tenacity, others through the collective minds & efforts of many. Through the years my ambition only continues to grow, always striving to better myself and those around me. A natural pantologist, I have a deep interest and ability to myriad disciplines. With a love for learning and a quickness in aptitude to match, I am capable of most anything and wholly embrace this mindset with my students, colleagues and community.

About the lesson

From Latin America, to Spain, to the United States, I have been teaching Spanish and English to youth and adults of all ages for over a decade. I believe that language and culture go hand in hand, thus my courses are designed to explore and celebrate both simultaneously.

Our lessons will be built with your interests and passions in mind, so that you may be able to make deep and immediate connections with the target language. Be it music, cooking, literature, or whatever most interests and inspires you, through exploring an array of media and content we will widen the reach and use of your language skills from day one.

Perfect! Benjamín was a fantastic tutor and great in person. He instantly felt personable and like a friend who wants you to succeed! He works in a style of only speaking in Español, which was helpful to push myself.

Benjamin is one of the most fun, inspiring, and understanding tutors of spanish. He is able to understand where to direct the lessons based upon my practice, study, and quite frankly where my mental space is that day.

My Spanish has grown leaps and bounds since beginning my tutoring with Benjamin. I now feel as though I can hold everyday conversations with native Spanish speakers sucessfully.
