Very flexible on how students would like to be thought as all students are different. I’d have work to be produced outside of the session to maximise growth in the understanding of topics. Having students ether take a mock test at home or using their school’s mocks I can prioritise weaknesses and plug gaps in their knowledge, retest and see their progress.
