About Annie
I am a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Asian Studies, University of Adelaide, and have been a certified Chinese to English NAATI translator (Practitioner ID: CPN0WX93K) for eight years.
I enjoy teaching students who are motivated to learn, and have a decade of teaching experience both in China and Australia, including tutoring and lecturing a range of Asia-related social science courses at university, and language tuition for Chinese and English as a second language as a private tutor and for private companies.
I am also experienced in qualitative research and analysis, writing, translation, editing, proofreading, transcription, essay and exam marking, and administrative work.

I’m a native English speaker wrapping up a PhD in Chinese linguistics, and am also a NAATI-certified translator Chinese to English. With ten years of language teaching experience in China and Australia, I specialise in helping my students achieve:
