I adjust my lessons to meet the needs of individual students. I use analogies to relate topics to more ground examples, and focus on the process of how to solve problems instead of just memorizing material. I like to think about how things are related and how to approach problems from multiple angles, especially when thinking about the mechanics of many statistics tests or how chemical processes work.
