About Duc
I had over 12 years of experience teaching English at Foreign Trade University in Vietnam. My teaching experience covers various programs, such as ATAR preparation, General English, English for Academic purposes, and English for Business Communication, and different levels from beginner to advanced. Since I commenced my PhD course at the University of Tasmania, I have always desired to have more chances of working with students coming from diverse cultures and at multiple levels. My experiences in learning, teaching and living in Tasmania have developed my cultural sensitivity, interpersonal skills, and understanding of learners and learning communities in Tasmania, particularly the disadvantaged and newcomers who are mainly refugees and migrants. This has provided me with valuable insights and skills that I believe will optimize my performance when delivering lessons to students at Superprof.
