About Haeli
I'm getting my PhD at Georgetown. I have two bachelor's degrees: A BS in psychology and a BA in chemistry. I have a masters in biology with an emphasis in genetics and currently study developmental neuro biology and genetics. I have been an adjunct professor at Dominican University and taught anatomy and chemistry as well as did drop-in tutoring for the math and science department. At Georgetown I have been a teaching fellow for genetics and developmental neuro biology.

As a tutor, I think it's important to understand where students are in their current understanding and to see what their coursework looks like. Depending on your level we can work on specific homework problems or we can work through concepts you are struggling with. Sometimes a different approach to teaching is what's needed for a student to move forward. I can tutor anywhere up to the undergrad or grad school level and am certainly able to help those struggling in grade school as well.
