About Helen
I'm a Researcher with a PhD in Neuroscience and Psychology from King's College London. I have extensive tutoring experience across multiple levels - from GCSE to undergraduate and Masters, specialising in maths, science, statistics (SPSS, R), psychology, and neuroscience. I have successfully helped students who previously struggled with exams achieve high grades on their retakes.
My research background has taught me that everyone learns differently, and I'm passionate about adapting my teaching approach to match each student's unique pace, style, and preferences. Specialising in autism and mental health in children and adolescents within my main job as a Researcher, I have gained deep insight into neurodivergent learning styles and how to support students with additional needs.
