About Kayode
I believe it is the responsibility of both the tutor and the student to ensure that the objectives and requirements of a lesson or course in met. So, in my interactions with students, I try to ensure that the mutual benefits of a teaching session is maximized and realized. Mutual benefits in the sense that the students are able to achieve their goals through the tutoring, and as a tutor, I am able to derive a satisfaction in the sense that I have added value to the students' lives. I used different techniques to ensure the students meet up with their learning objectives. Some of these include, quiz, assignments, asking probing questions, and reviewing previous topics before starting a new one. I am very flexible and I adjust teaching to the assimilation rate of different students. Also, I accommodate the various temperaments of students, ranging from introverts to extroverts, while not losing the professionalism in our interactions.

I tailored my teaching plan and methodology to the attention span of different age groups and categories of students. I have over 20 years of tutoring experience, right from when I was in the high school. I have had successful teaching experience with teenagers, young adults and adults at the high school, undergraduate, graduate and distant learning levels. I have experience in both in-person and virtual tutoring for group and one-on-one class. I believe in having good interactions with my students to help the achieve their set objectives.
