My experiences are numerous and my training also. I have a doctorate in Sports Sciences and a physical and mental trainer. I have been practicing this profession for over 10 years and I still do it with just as much passion to share moments, meet and support people. I offer you both turnkey PERSONALIZED SPORTS PROGRAMS as well as INDIVIDUAL OR GROUP COACHING sessions (via a mobile application and video for DISTANCE COACHING).
