About Dikshita
I am a Materials PhD student in Imperial College London currently in my second year. I am a Mechanical Engineer with a MSc degree in Renewable Energy Engineering and Management from University of Freiburg, Germany. Prior to starting my PhD, I have worked with Fraunhofer Institute of Solar Energy Systems (ISE) in Germany in the fabrication of high efficiency PERC Solar Cells. Alongside my PhD, I am volunteering via United Nations Volunteering as a Project Developer in a project to install solar panels for clean rural electrification in Nagthana, a village in western India. In future, I would like to continue my career in academics and therefore, tutoring gives me experience in teaching.

I am a PhD student in Materials in Imperial College London looking forward to outcome based learning tailoring my experience to meet the students' objectives. The 2 hours lessons would be interactive where questions will be asked so as to understand if the students understand the gist of the topic and encourage deep processing and my role will be that of a coach.
