About Barsha
As a part of our PhD program at IISc Bangalore, I have gathered an experience of 4+ years in instructing a classroom, designing and grading assignments and exam papers both online and offline. I believe this has equipped me with the skills and open-mindedness to carry out one-on-one or group classes with sufficient efficacy, tailoring my classes based on the student's needs.

I craft my method of teaching after interacting with the student and understanding where they stand, what they need and what their difficulties are. I am more focussed on developing a thorough grasp of the concepts and the skills of approaching different kinds of problems of physics in the student than getting the correct answer right away by any means, which I believe is achieved anyway through consistent practice.
