About Dharmendra
I am doing PhD in physics from a university in the United States. Before moving to the United States about six years ago, I had opportunities to go to some of the best universities in India for my under-graduate and master's degrees in physics. Throughout my time in the States, I have taught various college level labs and courses.

My teaching philosophy is mostly based on motivating my students to learn by themselves and assist them with overcoming any challenges they may come across. As a mentor, I always strive to establish a connection between theory and real-life problems to develop a better sense of understanding.
I always encourage my students to ask questions even if it's a trivial one because that helps them keep engaged. I also like to tell my students some jokes to grab their attention, especially when I notice they are tuning out or nodding off. I always feel that learning is a two-way process, and it can't happen without feedback. Therefore, I always ask my students what's best for them, rather than, just imposing my own way of teaching.
Based on my vast experience and divers background, I also help my students figure out the best career options available for them.
