About Amina
I have an M.Phil. in mathematics, have taught students online from Year 3 through A-Level, and have worked as a visiting lecturer at a university for six months. I have a solid grasp of mathematical ideas and know how to effectively communicate them to pupils at various levels thanks to my educational background and teaching experience.
I think there is much more to mathematics than just memorizing formulas and following steps. It is about honing logical thinking, problem-solving techniques, and the self-assurance to take on new challenges on your own.
I have worked with pupils of various ages, skill levels, and learning styles during my teaching career. By simplifying difficult subjects into digestible chunks and relating abstract ideas to real-world applications, I hope to make mathematics approachable.
I can help you improve your comprehension and pursue your academic objectives whether you are a primary school student developing solid mathematical foundations, a secondary school student getting ready for exams, an A-Level student taking on difficult subjects, or a university student studying advanced mathematics.

My method of instruction is flexible and student-centered. I adapt my classes to each student's present knowledge, learning style, academic objectives, and areas that require improvement since I recognize that every student learns differently.
I start by determining the student's strength and weakness before creating a methodical strategy to support their gradual advancement. I give students thorough explanations of mathematical ideas, practical examples, and guided practice before letting them work through problems on their own.
Instead of just memorizing formulas, my classes emphasize comprehending the logic underlying mathematical techniques. To foster logical thinking and problem-solving abilities, I urge pupils to pose questions and consider other approaches.
I can assist students in primary and secondary mathematics, covering Years 3–12 and A-Level, with classroom themes, homework, revision, and exam preparation. Depending on the student's state, year level, and syllabus, I can also assist with preparation for pertinent Australian assessments, such as NAPLAN, selective school admission exams, and senior secondary mathematics exams.
I can help university students with relevant mathematics courses, such as calculus, algebra, differential equations, linear algebra, and other areas in my field of competence.
My goal as an online tutor is to make each lesson enjoyable, structured, and interactive. My objective is to assist students in developing solid mathematical foundations, enhancing their academic achievement, and developing into self-assured, autonomous problem solvers.
