About Sanjay
Hello everyone, I am a Sydney-based photographer and instructor with a very high eye for detail and framing. I am a landscape lover, with also an interest in portraits. I have been sharing my knowledge with other for 7 years, and I absolutely love it. The feeling of watching people pick up the basics and trying things that I have taught, and ultimately being able to do it themselves gives me immense happiness.
I believe my eye for framing makes the images dramatic, and hence framing is an aspect that I would like to give emphasis on, in the lessons. I have also had the privilege to exhibit some of my works at a UN art show in the UK during my uni days. I also take up photography assignments for family events, baby shoots etc.
I wish to share my acquired knowledge in photography, starting from the basics elements of the camera, moving through the controls and lighting aspects before moving onto various techniques.
Would be great if interested folks would bring their DSLR camera. If it is the framing that interests you, we could work with any kind of camera.

I usually base it on the level of current knowledge about photography, each one possesses, and plan a methodology based on it. This has helped me to customise the lessons and align it more with their expectations too. I would be starting with an outdoor session to provide insights on how light impacts a photograph, which I believe is the basic.
