About Henry
As an avid photography fan for years, and former head photographer for the Eton College Chronicle, I'd love to share my passion - and the tips and tricks I've picked up along the way. This class is ideal for anyone starting out in photography.

I believe that the best way to teach photography is by immersing the student in the experience. During these classes we will meet at Sloane Square Station and walk around the surrounding area. In doing so we will tackle a variety of different subjects; people, cityscapes, portraits, flowers and much more!
I will provide equipment for these lessons. I am able to teach skills involving film and digital cameras. I will provide all the equipment necessary for these classes. Am happy to do as many or as few lessons. If we do multiple classes we can do field trips to different locations. I have memberships to Hampton Court and Kew Gardens, where a wealth of unique photographic opportunities are available.
Cost of Film Lessons will be my Hourly Rate + the amount of film that is used. I use Kodak Portra (its the best for portraits in my view) which costs around 10 pounds per 35 mm roll. In an hour long lesson I'd expect to use between one and two rolls. A day trip may require more.

I am very happy to travel but will expect reimbursement for any expenses incurred.
First lesson will be shorter, so I can grasp your experience level. We can do the first class online. However, I expect all succeeding lessons to be in person.
