About Dharana

Hello guys, I am Dharana Sharma from a small city in West Bengal. I am a first-year ug student doing BSc. In physics and Computer Science. Growing up I was always fascinated with how things work and so I took physics to give answers to my curiosity. There is another thing I loved growing up and that was biology, microscopes, the way our nervous system works, the way we evolved, it felt so interesting. Now... You might wonder why I didn't take biology as a college major then, well to be frank Biology has always been seamless and effortless for me, It was a lover I didn't have to force myself to love, as for physics it was the curiosity and the urge to know more about the world which made me take physics. So basically, I will always learn, I am forever a student, I will keep learning about biology, because it's literally about you and me and the nature around us, the fauna and flora, the microorganisms... it's in everything. So, I want to turn my love for biology into something giving, into something helpful for students who find it boring, who study for long but forget when the time comes, Biology is not difficult, you just need to hear it like it's a story and I am willing to be your storyteller. I want you to feel confident while answering a question, want you to be knowledgeable and ask 'why' instead of being 'polite' and leaving biology with doubts that were not resolved. I want to make classes for you that are affordable and want to guide you like a sister more than a teacher, I admit I am not on the same level as your biology teachers, that's for sure, but I can share with you my knowledge and how to proceed with studying a particular topic, I am not overestimating my skills and so when I cannot help you directly, I will still guide you, give you resources, make quizzes for you, make you practice alongside me, making this feel like a SELF STUDY session but instead of chat gpt or stressed searches on YouTube, you will have me, I will motivate and guide you towards understanding every topic properly. Till class 10, I can teach perfectly. For class 11 and 12, I will bring this to your notice that I cannot magically make you better, my explanation will be slow and steady with daily practice, you have to use this alongside your own study with just you, because class 12, you people will be giving boards, so you need to do many things by yourself too. I will help you with resources and PDFs of sample papers or Pyqs if you need, inform me about everything you liked and disliked about the class, I don't want to hamper your potential instead I want this to be completely your choice, your way of studying, I will take your feedback from day 1, understand your personal situations about how you have been studying or if you feel demotivated and you are procrastinating, or if you feel stuck, I will listen and I will guide you systematically, that's my promise. About the lesson

There are certain topics which are forever confusing no matter how many videos we watch. We will have a progressive and non-judgmental environment where you will feel free to ASK all questions and clear every doubt. I am less of a traditional teacher, more like a senior helping you out, with occasional notes and resources, I am not a professional biology teacher just a passionate biology lover, so if you need a more serious structure for boards, then kindly know this is not for you but you can always refer to this to clear your doubts from any topic. :) This will be an online class on the topic you will choose so it's amazing if you want to revise quickly, then any of your doubts will be recorded and delivered quickly in the next lesson. It's an online setup, I will give you the liberty to choose your timings and there will be a limited number of students I will take. Remember it's not live as I want to deliver a clear topic every time with full knowledge of strengthened teaching. Take these classes as a way to strengthen your understanding, YOU ASK, I DELIVER :)
