About Maria Paula
My name is María Paula Cifuentes, a Physical Culture, Sports, and Recreation graduate from Santo Tomás University in Bogota Colombia. I have an avid passion for sports, with my main focus in roller skating and swimming.
Being a swimmer my whole life, as well as competing at a high level during university, I have gathered experience in teaching classes of high numbers, with a range of skills, and personal needs, with a detailed, but easy to understand method.

I have a relaxed methodology in which I help you or your children reach their goals, and overcome their fears. Lesson plans are created and catered around the individual! Every student receives a unique and personal experience to help them achieve their goals, and progress efficiently!
I can improve all of you or your children's abilities and skills, with my intent to make you feel comfortable, and fulfilled in progress and ability.
