About Maria Paula
My name is María Paula Cifuentes, a Physical Culture, Sports, and Recreation graduate from Santo Tomás University in Bogota Colombia. I have an avid passion for sports, with my main focus in roller skating and swimming. Practicing roller skating my whole life, as well as competing at a high level, I have gathered experience in teaching classes of high numbers, with a range of skills, and personal needs, with a detailed, but easy to understand method.

I have a relaxed methodology in which I help you reach your goals, and overcome your fears. A focus on improving all of your abilities and skills, with my intent to make you feel comfortable, and fulfilled in your progress. I structure my classes with an initial, central, and final phase to keep it fresh and interesting.
