About Jose
Physical Trainer: Diploma in Teaching from EF, Bachelor of CAFD, and Master in High Sports Performance and Health. I practice as a Personal Trainer and group Classes (TRX, HIIT, CrossFit, Functional, Kickboxing ...) I currently carry out personal training focused on: - LOSS OF FAT MASS - INCREASE OF MUSCLE MASS (HYPERTROPHY) - STRENGTH WORK BASED ON SPEED - MAINTENANCE FOR HEALTH AND I teach group classes outdoors and in the gym: - HIIT - FUNCTIONAL - TRX - CROSSFIT - KICKBOXING / BOXING
