About Esther
I am a physics student at the University of Leeds and I studied higher Maths, Physics and Art as part of the International Baccalaureate. I received 41 out of 45 points with a 7 in Physics and a 6 in maths. I have tutored several pupils at GCSE level Maths, and one primary-level student in Maths, Science and English.

My teaching method is tailored specifically to each exam syllabus, so that students are reassured of what they need to know. I encourage revision and learning to be done in creative and interactive ways namely using quizzes, mind-maps and well researched memory techniques such as stories and rhymes. Application is the key to success, so many of my lessons will revolve around related exam-style questions and problem solving.

Esther is a lovely, intelligent and well educated girl with lots of enthusiasm in performing her job and duties. She is very responsible and trustworthy and works with children really well. Always with a smile but determination, looked after my daughter and made her doing her homework well before I was back home. I highly recommend Esther.
Esther tutored my son for the majority of year 11 for physics. In that time he progressed immensely and gained a much deeper understanding of the subject. Overall Esther has brought a fun approach to physics for my son, and has a been a general delight to have around. I’m sure we will be contacting Esther in the future for more help should we need her.
