About Jamie
I’m Jamie, a Physics undergraduate at Durham University with 2 years of degree-level study in Physics and Maths. I’ve always enjoyed helping others understand difficult concepts and seeing their confidence grow - from tutoring younger students through my school’s mentorship programme to leading at children’s summer camps. These experiences have developed my ability to communicate clearly, motivate others, and adapt to a range of learning styles, helping students overcome challenges and realise their full potential.

I offer online Maths and Physics lessons for Secondary, GCSE and A-Level students. Lessons are usually 1 hour long and completely tailored to each student’s pace and goals. I am a strong believer that practice makes perfect, so I take a question-based approach that helps students grow in confidence and independence as they learn to think and solve problems for themselves. My lessons are flexible and supportive, breaking concepts down into clear, step-by-step explanations and using plenty of exam-style questions and personalised methods to consolidate understanding.
